Lower my bill and find out if these exhorbitant bills are about to continue!!! ... My bill is due by tomorrow. I was shocked when I received it, as it was significantly higher than it has ever been in the past! I noticed a usage charge of $**.** on it! What is this all about! If these charges persist, I may need to switch to a different company!!! This issue is particularly annoying, because it falls on the heels of a disastrous fiasco! Recently-- because of something going on with my Centurylink home-phone line--calls were being made to ***, though I'd had nothing to do with it and was not even home! Because of this, (which was gratefully and eventually fixed by your Centurylink repair team)--six police cars arrived at my door, when nobody was even here! The police--being concerned, (as a neighbor had confirmed that an elderly person lived here..."me)--decided to break into the house! I can't blame the police for trying to save someone they thought might be in trouble* but ultimately--this was the fault of some sort of problem with my Centurylink phone connection!!! The police broke into the empty house* and my niece, who is my landlady got stuck with the repairs for a re-constructed door frame! If you were even to make up for that cost, it still would not resolve the fact that I am beginning to receive these extra "usage" charges! Something major needs to be done here!!! I can't afford this!!! No response! I'm getting ANGRY!!!!! This has been *hours now on this "one-sided chat"!!!!!! Are you KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!

I need my bill lowered. I need to know why this bill is suddenly nearly twice what it usually is! And I need *to know if these kind of charges are going to continue--Because if they are, I'll be shopping for a different company altogether!
I've been a customer for a very, very long time, and I've always been prompt in paying my bills. My bill is due by tomorrow, and we need to resolve this!
Give me a BREAK! What kind of "customer service" IS this?!?!?! I've been on this one-sided "chat" for two hours now!!! I think I should bill you for the time I've spent trying to get some answers!!!
