Respected Sir * Ma'am,**I am Chariz De Belen, one of the regular passenger of Cebu Pacific Airlines. Yesterday (**th March ****) I tried to book round trip flight tickets ( Manila to Dubai & Dubai to Manila ) in the month of May. Because there was a promo going on.**Flights were: Manila (MNL) to Dubai (DBX) on date **th May **** and Dubai (DBX) to Manila (MNL) on **rd May **** and the flight numbers were *J ** and *J **.**The cost were PHP **,***.** (go easy class) * PHP *,*** (philippine Travel tax ) * PHP **,***.** (Total amount payable).**I made the payment using the master card (debit card ) and the account was of PS Bank. But it failed multiple times due to unknown reasons in spite of having sufficient funds on the account. (screenshots attached below for proof).**Now when I try to book the same tickets again I see no promo amount, the prices have hiked, so I would kindly request you to provide me with the Promo code or Promo link to get the same offer because it was not my fault the Cebu Pacific website was failing the transaction. (screenshot provided).**My only reason to book the tickets now was to grab the discount amount so please do the needful or else I have to stop the booking now or have to look out for another airline, but as a loyal customer thought to inform you the same before going to other airlines for booking.
