Can you please check this booking reference: ZIDUNA**We don't know if the booking was successful because as per your website you were unable to process the payment and booking was cancelled. **But as we read the payment summary, there are * transactions made. One approved and one pending transaction. Payment was already deducted in my credit card. Is there any chance that we can cancel the pending transaction since the payment has been approved?**I will really appreciate if you can help me this. Thank you!
