I was charged twice by my credit card using my Metrobank On Card (MasterCard) with card no. **** **** **** ****. This was happened on Oct. **, **** which I did not received an official receipt from Cebu Pacific. On the next day, I try to rebook the flight schedule of my brother (Michael L. Ebit) and uncle (Dionisio Bustalino Jr.) for the flight * *J *** bound from Manila to Dipolog by Nov. **, **** using my RCBC(VISA) credit card with card no. **** **** **** **** which my transaction has been successful.
GetHuman-mglibrad did not yet indicate what Cebu Pacific Airlines should do to make this right.
