Dear Sir * Madam:**I traveled on Cathay Pacific Airlines from Bangalore, India (BLR) to Vancouver, Canada (YVR) via Hong Kong (HKG) and back the same way on a round trip ticket (Airline Confirmation * is O*P**I). My passenger name is Vera Pui Lam Kam.**The travel dates and flights for the outbound flights are Flight **** on Dec **, **** from BLR to HKG, and Flight *** on Dec **, **** from HKG to YVR. For the inbound flights, Flight *** on Mar *, **** from YVR to HKG, and Flight **** on Mar *, **** from HKG to BLR. **During check-in at the flight counters, I requested for the mileages to be entered into my American Airlines Frequent Flyer account (*JR**P*) since both CP and AA are part of the One World Alliance. **Now I have not seen these entries on my AA frequent flyer account. When I double checked all my documents, I noticed an entry error on my flight Itinerary. Under Frequent Flyer information, the entry is CX-*JR**P*. I don't have a frequent flyer account number starting with CX. In addition, at the check-in counters, I specifically emphasized that it is a AA frequent flyer account. **I still have the two boarding passes for the inbound flights, but not the outbound ones. However, I do have the electronic copy of my flight itinerary. **I sincerely request that you would please look in the matter and that due adjustments be made accordingly so that my mileages will be accounted for in my AA frequent flyer account. **Thank you in advance for your assistance. **For any further questions or information, please contact me via my email address below.
