Carnival cruise does not honor what they say they provide to platinum members. We were not moved to a priority line during a tender port. Our luggage was late (arrived around midnight) on two cruises. We were charged a fee because we had to change a cruise due to my upcoming spine surgery. Now I see they won’t allow you to bring your own water bottles. We booked * upcoming cruises on NCL and one on Royal Caribbean because of these issues.
I was dismayed by water policy. I have health issues and medications that require water consumption to prevent dehydration. They bar water but not soda, wine, or fruit drinks.
Refund charge to cancel cruise due to surgery and allow water bottles for personal consumption.
We were loyal customers since ****
I emailed company with no response. I phoned pvp and he said I needed to call. Called and hung up after ten minutes on hold.
