I tried booking a reservation online yesterday ******* while I was using your app I put in the dates I needed for reservation h********** I put in that I needed dates **** to **** the app gave me multiple cars and rates to choose from I choose the one I wanted and hit confirm. After the app went through the process the dates and cost changed it only booked me till ****** this is not what I consented to these are not the terms i accepted online. So I tried contacting carrentals.com and was told I couldn’t get those extra dates for those rates so I contacted my bank and was told to send a letter of intent explaining the mix up. I’m looking for a refund for this booking less than ** hours later and still have had no resolve. Ucc***-* states any electronic transfer needs consent of contract if terms change these terms must be explained and consented to. This never happened so I feel as I have been taken advantage of under the uniform commercial code. Please provide a phone number or an email address where I can get this issue resolved or where I can send a letter of intent. **Thanks,Roland
