I purchase a * passenger vehicle through RarRentals.com to pick it up at Priceless car rental on *-**-** & return it on *-**-** arrived there just to find out that even though my email from you guys said * passengers vehicle,. in there system it only said *(sfar) I had already prepaid for it when I booked it and because of that Priceless didn't have the vehicle I needed (* passengers) so they sent me next door to another car rental place which I had to pay an additional $*** for an upgrade! Mind you I also bought the insurance through you guys as well., because I couldn't get the rental through Priceless they couldn't honor my insurance (Alliance global) so I paid for something i couldn't use! a total inconvenience!
GetHuman-ahveeayl did not yet indicate what CarRentals.com should do to make this right.
