My best friend died last year but before he died he stated that I should take his car. Its a **** Hyundai Elantra and needed quite a bit of work to get it on the road. He signed a title request and we sent it to the NJ DMV for a copy of the title. A few days later my friend had passes. After waiting a very long time I received a letter from the DMV requesting a lien paid verification from the auto lender. I finally discovered it was Capital One and I need the lien paid verification. What do you need from me to receive the document?
