I am having an issue with the Auto Savings program for the following accounts: ...****, ...****, ...****. **I set up all * accounts to have money transferred from my Woodforest account on the last day of every month. Capital One took out the money on the **th instead, causing me to overdraw at Woodforest. I was charged * NSF fees of $**.** each, which Woodforest says was initiated by Capital One. **I had recently changed the amounts of the automatic saving deposits, which were applied incorrectly by Capital One. I first canceled all previous withdrawals, then added the new withdrawal amounts, which was the correct procedure. **Capital One then took out double amounts, the first of which on Aug **, instead of the agreed upon last day of the month, which would have been August **, even though I had cancelled the original withdrawals. This caused me to overdraw at Woodforest, since I had no money until the **th. **Capital One then withdrew the new figures on Sept *. **I think this was very incorrectly handled on your end, and cost me $** for nothing I did wrong. I would like a refund of the $**, since Woodforest says Capital One charged this, not them. **Capital One botched my entire transaction, first by failing to cancel the previous amounts, and then by withdrawing on the **th instead of the agreed-upon last day of each month, thirdly by withdrawing again on Sept *. The correct day would have been Aug **, then there would not have been any issue, except Capital One's failure to honor my request to cancel the original withdrawal, which I had canceled before initiating the new amounts.**I am very dissatisfied with being treated this way, and I am doubting my ability to continue to do business with Capital One.**Please resolve these issues for me.**Kathryn Sowder
