Hello, I need assistance regarding a situation with a CANVA subscription. My boss allowed me to use his card for the trial period but we didn't receive notifications about the upcoming subscription charge due to work email issues. He was billed and now needs a refund and cancellation of the subscription. This matter is urgent and we would appreciate your help. Thank you.

Hello, I previously had a free account linked to my Facebook, which I no longer use. I updated the email associated with that account to stay informed. Subsequently, I upgraded to a Pro account using my Gmail/Google credentials. Now, when I try to link my Pro account to Facebook and Instagram, I encounter an error message because my Facebook is still associated with the old Canva account I no longer utilize. Although I have deleted the old account, the connection issue persists. How can I ensure that the old account is completely disconnected from my social media profiles and successfully link my Pro account instead? Thank you.

Dear all, I am a teacher facing an issue with one of my students who logged into Canva using her school email, which can only send and receive internal emails. She needs to validate her account for her final year work, but she can't receive the confirmation email with the code. The student's email is [redacted] We do not have her previous password. I am experiencing an issue with Canva where it is not recognizing my business Instagram account as such, prompting me to switch it to a business account, which is not an option for me due to it being affiliated with my clients. The problem initially arose when adding a team member, though I have since removed them, but encountered difficulty in deleting the team entirely. Despite receiving two responses from Canva, they have not addressed my specific issue. Considering I have been a satisfied premium member for some time, I am now considering discontinuing my use of Canva due to this ongoing problem and lack of support. Any recommendations for alternative platforms or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I am frustrated with the difficulty reaching you regarding my subscription cancellation. Please ensure my subscription is completely canceled and refund the charges since the confirmed cancellation. I have already deleted my Canva account in May, as confirmed below. I was surprised to see charges for June and July subscriptions. My attempt to share on Facebook failed with a message stating "Canva no longer has permission to post on your behalf". I already had this issue before and had to re-authorize Canva, resulting in loss of scheduled posts from that day until the end of December [redacted]. Although Canva eventually reinstated the posts, they haven't explained why this happened. I'm concerned that re-authorizing Canva now might delete the scheduled posts again. I rely on these daily posts, so any interruption would be inconvenient. Canva's support has been unresponsive to my previous query. Any advice on ensuring scheduled posts are not lost upon re-authorization would be appreciated. Thank you, Ms L.

I am reaching out on behalf of my daughter, Katie Fisch. On June 2 and July 2, unauthorized charges of 12.99 USD converted to British pounds were debited from her London bank account. The reference numbers for these transactions are 03[redacted]4 and 03[redacted]8. She did not authorize these payments as she has not signed any agreement with Canva at 12.99 USD per month and has not used the service for many months after a free trial. We request a refund for these transactions and confirmation that no further payments will be deducted, particularly the upcoming one on August 2. I have informed Barclays Bank to prevent any future payments, although I am concerned about ongoing unauthorized charges. Hello, recently, I tried to access my long-term Canva account, only to receive an error message stating my email doesn't exist. After multiple attempts, I checked my email linked to the Canva account and discovered an email from Canva dated July 1st, sent 30 days ago. The email requested me to confirm my email address to receive important updates. Surprisingly, this was the only communication from Canva, and I was unaware of it until now. I'm concerned if Canva deleted all my years' worth of work and photos without further notice. I have confirmed my email address now, but is there a way to recover my account and content? Dear GetHuman Team, I signed up for Canva Pro in June to utilize the advanced features for a specific design. However, when I revisited my account in August to make changes to my June design, I discovered that the design was missing, and my Canva Pro subscription was no longer visible in my account. Despite this, the subscription fees have continued to be deducted from my PayPal account every month. To address this issue, I took screenshots of my Canva account and relevant PayPal transactions and reached out to customer service in August for assistance. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this, the responses from Canva support have only urged me to be patient and assured me that the matter will be investigated promptly. However, there has been no progress in the last four weeks. Throughout our interactions, I was provided with two ticket numbers: JTP-[redacted] (dated [redacted]/08/20) and JTP-[redacted] (dated [redacted]/08/31). I am extremely frustrated by the fact that Canva is charging me for a service I cannot access, preventing me from canceling the nonexistent subscription or utilizing the services I am paying for. I have been experiencing issues signing into my Canva account for a month now. Despite paying $29.99, I have been unable to access it. I am requesting a credit for one month and assistance in retrieving access to my account to view my previous projects. Initially, my phone using face recognition failed to recognize my pro account. I also attempted to log in on my iPad where I originally created the projects without success. Additionally, I encountered an error message prompting me to sign in directly to Canva using my saved email and password from my notes, which proved to be incorrect. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Canva account. I usually stay logged in, but this time it won't let me edit my work as it's not connecting to my other Google account. A yellow message pops up saying the original editor is locked out, possibly due to other Gmail accounts linked. When trying to log back in with my main account, [redacted], I received a message stating I've reached the limit of 1 Google account. To disconnect accounts, I need to be logged in, creating a dilemma. The Gmail account to unlink is [redacted], while [redacted] should remain the main one. Despite Canva's agreement to refund the amount, the actual refund received was significantly less, totaling only [redacted] VND, not the expected $[redacted].96. I have contacted Canva's "Request a Refund" section under "Help" on the website, but have faced delays and unsatisfactory responses, leading me to believe the issue persists. I have collaborated with my bank, who confirmed that Canva had processed a refund, which does not match the amount received on my end. The discrepancy is unsettling, as the received sum is too minimal to be of any use or cover associated transaction fees. I am working on designing an adult coloring book cover that spans both the front and back covers with a horizontal layout. When I upload it to my KDP account, the illustrations and text I added are not staying centered like they do on Canva and the downloaded version. They are shifting off-center during the upload process. Can someone help me fix this issue so that the design stays centered on both sides of the cover? Thank you. - Eve

I am currently attempting to edit an Instagram Reel video using a template on Canva. The templates include pre-embedded music; however, the video I want to use already has the necessary audio. Unfortunately, there is no option on the app to adjust the volume of the background instrumental track. This results in an overlap with the music I intend to utilize. It would be great to utilize the Reel templates, but I find it frustrating that I am unable to control the audio track. This limitation is making me reconsider using Canva for future projects.

I just wanted to try Canva, but I received a message saying that $[redacted] will be deducted from my account. I clicked on the Canva Free option, but when I tried to customize a template with my own wording, it didn't work. I clicked on the text on the template and even double-clicked, but nothing happened. I also wanted to know if Canva can help me set up a website for my business. Should I consider getting an LLC to start this business? I am very interested, but I'm struggling to even get started.

I have designed a PDF with clickable links that should take me to various pages within the document. However, after downloading the file, the links are not functioning as intended. I attempted to download the PDF in both standard and printable formats, but the links remain inactive once opened in GoodNotes. In the past, I have successfully created documents with functional internal links in GoodNotes using different tools. I am eager to utilize Canva for my projects instead of the previous software I utilized.

I placed an order on Tuesday for some Christmas cards to be printed. Before confirming the order, I was shown a PDF document, but there was no template provided to preview how the cards would be printed. Unfortunately, the cards I received today are poorly printed compared to what was shown in the PDF. Can you provide me with a solution to this issue? I would like to know if a refund is possible. I need assistance with my Canva account. I signed up and paid for a subscription for two months. Later, I discovered that as a teacher, I am eligible for a free account. I created a new account with my teacher details, but I am still being billed for the old one.
