I subscribed to Canva Pro last June, and my membership is valid until June [redacted]. As of today, January 10th, I am unable to access my designs or uploads. Upon logging in, I am directed to the introductory page for new users prompting me to try Canva Pro. Although I have reached out to the support team and received assurance that my account has been restored, the issue persists. I have noticed duplicate charges on my Canva Pro account per month. I currently have two accounts, one being the free version. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this matter.

I have tried to contact your support team by email several times without success. I am submitting another request in the hopes of receiving a response. I signed up for Canva's free trial period to explore its features for work, with no intention of continuing the subscription. After realizing it wasn't what I needed, I canceled the subscription before the trial period ended and deleted the account as proof that I would not be using it. However, I was recently charged $[redacted].99 a few weeks later, which I noticed on my bank statement.

I then created another account using the same email ([redacted]) to reach out for support. Could your system alter the email for archived/deleted accounts if the same email is reused for a new account? Regardless, I seek a refund for invoice number 03[redacted] to the card ending in [redacted].

I recently changed my email address, so I can no longer access my Canva account with the old email. Unfortunately, I forgot my Canva password and I am unable to reset it or update my email as I can no longer access the original email account. It's frustrating that there is no direct way to contact Canva support without being logged in. I checked the help website, but it only suggests asking my service provider for temporary access, which is not feasible for me.

Canva mistakenly billed my account BAEycUzcDkM for a subscription I did not authorize. I need an immediate refund. I originally joined as a member of the Mayim Chayim Team on a different Canvapro account. Despite my request to cancel account BAEycUzcDkM before the 30-day period, a charge was still applied. Our organization, Mayim Chayim, is a non-profit, and we are billed under that account. Please refund the $12.99 to MasterCard *[redacted] and cancel the subscription. I am attempting to create a free account on Canva by signing up with my email, not connecting to any social media. After filling out the form with my name, email, and a password, a prompt asks me to enter a code that will be emailed to me within 10 minutes. Despite trying four times, I have not received the email, and it's not in my junk or spam folders. I used OfficeMax's website in Sheboygan, WI to create a business card yesterday. The staff instructed me to design it using the attached site on their page. After carefully following the steps, editing within the safe zone, and making a payment with order confirmation number [redacted], I received a call from the same staff member a few hours later. She mentioned that the card was too big and could not be processed.
Despite explaining my process and requesting assistance, she was uncooperative, only listing what couldn't be done rather than exploring solutions. Frustrated, I asked for a cancellation and a refund unless the issue could be resolved promptly.

I usually order my marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, and stationery from CANVA for Clover Point Veterinary Rehabilitation under Dr. Suzanne Plamondon's supervision. Recently, I reordered these items for a direct mailing to referring veterinarians. However, the letterhead paper I received was excessively glossy, causing smudging that makes the text illegible when printed on by a laser or inkjet printer. I would like the stationery replaced at no additional cost with a matte paper stock suitable for inkjet printing to ensure legibility for my medical industry communications. Hello, I am having trouble sharing my content from Canva to Facebook and Instagram. I have connected or attempted to connect both accounts. However, when I try to link them, Canva keeps prompting me to convert my existing Instagram account to a business account, which is already done. Although I have connected both Facebook and Instagram, Canva does not seem to recognize it. When I try to add the accounts, it redirects me to the Instagram page, which doesn't assist me in posting. I have been receiving notifications from a company named "Canva" claiming that I made a purchase and they will charge my PayPal account. However, I am unfamiliar with this company, never bought anything from them, and do not want them using my PayPal for a product I did not buy. I do not know Canva and object to their deceptive practices. I request that any account associated with ([redacted]) be deleted and no longer contacted regarding false transactions or unauthorized charges on my PayPal account.
