I pay for a canva membership which includes a lot of free photos and graphics. However I still had to pay for what they had said would be free with a membership amongst many other things I was charged for. And for the photos I have intentionally bought, didn’t show up on the page to use it in my design. It’s so frustrating. I’ve tried to contact them three times about this through their email and have gotten no response. I don’t know how to get this resolved anymore but I need canva to do something to fix this issue for me.
