I received an email that I had weeks ready to claim. I accidentally put in the wrong password when trying to certify my eligible weeks. I Tried to use the option of forgot password so it brought up a link in my email to reset my password but the only problem is the security questions it asked me we’re not the right security questions that I answered when I signed up. I keep getting locked out every time I try to sign in and use my password and I could never get a hold of anybody when I try to figure out how to resolve this issue.
