I am gathering info for my son, who is here with me. He will being applying for SDI within a week of so. His average gross annual income is about $**. **Question *: Can the court order SDI (or SDI recipient) to continue paying these court ordered bills? He is currently paying about $*,*** in child support (for two children, *-yr-old & *-yr-old). And he has three court-ordered monthly bills: $*** in spousal support, $** arrears spousal support, and $** sanction. **Question *: What happens to his medical coverage? *He currently has Kaiser medical insurance, and again is being ordered to provide medical insurance for his wife (who he is divorcing) and his two kids. The whole family is*has been covered for years. **I suspect the court will simply adjust the amounts in Question *, given his lower SDI income. Question * is much more ill understood by us, so please elaborate on this question. **Thank you,*Sergio
