I recently applied for disability online. But when I went back to my doctors to give him the number needed for him to complete the rest of my application online. I was told that they don't do it online. So now I'm applying via mail and need to contact someone in the disability office to let them know what is going on because it was said that I couldn't apply both ways (online and mail). Also the clinic and doctors a office have been taking to long to even get me the proper paper work to fill and it's been a month. Need to also contact someone to let them know that it's been a month already, still need to send my paperwork to another clinic because my doctor can't fill the paperwork. Needs to be sent to another clinic, still needs to be filled and they still need to to mail to the disability offices and my time is going to pass and I'm afraid of not getting approved because of the time is taking. What can I do? And who can I contact?*Thank you
