is is in reference to my **** XT* which I leased from Burns Cadillac, Rock Hill, SC *****, in Dec, ****. **A short time after that my problems began, when I put the car in reverse and look the navigation screen the yellow directional lines do not appear anywhere from ** to **% of the time. Just when I think the situation is getting better or gone away, it reappears. Each and every time I put the transmission into drive, the yellow directional lines show up on the screen! This is very frustrating, to say the least.**Then theirs is the situation with my Navigation Screen, which I have up on the screen almost all the time. As you know the Cue Screen shows, so you can touch to change different thing and after ** or ** seconds when it does not sense anyone close it should disappear, allowing the full screen to show the driving area. Approximately ** to ** % of the time the Cue Screen does not go away,xsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsxsz as it should!**On June **, **** I took it to Cadillac of South Charlotte, in Pineville, NC ***** for service and described what my problems were. After a couple of hours they came to me and said that they were both working, so I left and ran an errand approximately a mile away and pulled in the parking lot and parked the car and put the transmission in park and shut the car off. I waited around ** seconds and restarted the car and put it in reverse and there were no yellow directional lines showing, so I turned the car off and took care of my errand. When I returned and put the car in reverse to leave the yellow lines still did not show, but like every other time when I put the transmission into drive, the yellow lines show for a few seconds then the Navigation screen comes up.**I decided to go back to Cadillac South to tell them and while I was driving there I also noticed the Cue Screen remained up all the way back. I went inside and told Steve the service rep. I was working with what had happened and he told me to go home and he would get back to me. He never called me back, so when I did call there, I asked for the Service Manager and had to leave a message. When he finally called me back, I told him what happened and he was going to look into it and get back to me and never did.**I then went on Cutomercare@Cadillac.com site and left a message on ******* and couple of days later on ******* I received an email tell me they had assigned a case number, *-********** and gave me a phone number to call which I did, *-***-***-****. When I called I talked with a couple of people and was told why don’t you go to another dealer, the person I believe was Brittney, made me an appointment with Hendricks’s Chevy- Cadillac. So I now had an appointment on ******* at **:** am and the case would be turned over to a senior advisor! **So on ******* I went to Hendricks and explained what was going on and waited for my car. Approximately a * * hours later, they told me they were not able find anything wrong. On the way home I noticed the Cue on the Navigation screen did not go away and after checking the backup screen again at home, they were both not working.**When I got home I around *:** pm I called this number again *-***-***-**** number and this time I put in contact with Mashea (not sure of the correct spelling). She reviewed the case number and said she would get back to me in a couple of days. I was also told my case was going to be turned over to a senior adviser. In any case she left me her extension ********.**On ******* I called her again for an update, at which time she apologized and we discussed trying another dealer. So she suggested and I agreed to try Burns Chevy Cadillac where I leased the XT*. She told me, she was going to send me Voucher for $***.**, which she did shortly after our call. So I called Burns Chevy Cadillac and asked for the Service Manager David Stone. He did not answer, so I Left him a detailed message and for him to please call me, which he has not, todate! The next day I called him again and got his voice again and took down his cell number, so I could text him as he suggested. I then texted him requesting he l *As of ****** at * pm I still have not heard from Mashea, so I called her again and left a message and again on ******. She or no one else has called me.**The problems with the back camera and the Navigation are still present.**This whole thing is getting old, especially lack of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! **How can I get both of these item fixed, so they work correctly?**John*******@***.com
