To OK my VNA RN to use my Credit Card to pay for the SYRINGES I need that the VNA uses when they come twice a day to give me a life saving shot, I was sent a text to verify I was allowing this. The first thing I was asked upon arriving to the link at CVS com that the text brought me to, was to input both my date of birth and my zip code, which I did and it was rejected saying, "sorry, that's not what we have on file..." I re-enter my DOB and my Zip Code yet again and I got the same message along with being blocked from the site for **hours. We needed these *SYRINGES for my *:**-*:**am life saving shot the VNA, this RN Beth will be the RN giving me my a.m. shot and we have no syringes. Besides it being against the code of ethics and possibly the law for the VNA to do this, and normally this wouldn't be happening, I am Greatly confused why CVS.com does not apparently have my correct DOB, which is **********, or my correct zip code, which is: *****, on file and is preventing me from OKAYing this transaction? Please help me understand what, why and how?
