I was trying to use a $* off $* CRT I had clipped and $* in extra bucks I had for my second purchase. ... Hello, I made a purchase two purchases today and had some issues with my coupons. First my first transaction my subtotal was *.** and my $* coupon did not come off (it was attached on my app and it met the criteria for my purchase. For my second purchase I had asked to use $* in EBC to which were not taken out therefore my total ended up being *.**$ instead of less than $*.
The cashier read to me all the coupons that could be applied to the purchase yet did not clip one of them after I had indicated for each one specifically to be applied.
I would appreciate receiving extra care bucks for the difference in the cashiers misunderstanding of what I had ask for which was for my $* OFF CRT that should've made my transaction free and the $* Extra care bucks I had asked to be applied to my transaction.
I am a fairly new customer and I've only ever shopped Walgreens so I was hoping the CVS customer service would be similar to that of Walgreens and I'd be able to quickly resolve my issue
No, because I'm new to shopping at CVS I wasn't sure how to fix my problem. I have done research into how CVS reward system works and I was too anxious to address it directly to the cashier as there were other customers there.
