The issue in GetHuman-paulbgar's own words
Redeem the coupon ... I was sent a email with a coupon for (*) **-packs of Cokes for $*.**, but my CVS Store would honor it. I asked to speak to the manager and the cashier replied, "I AM the manager". Her name is Kris and my store is located at **** Moreland Ave Atlanta.*I contacted teh CVS Care Team and the rep said she could not locate any coupon like that. The rep then offered me a $*.** coupon off my next purchase, but (*) **-packs of Cokes would have cost me approx $**.**. So simple math states that with the $*.** off, the (*) **-packs would cost me $**.** instead of the $*.** it would have cost with the emailed coupon, which you refused to honor. She then said she would forward this to corporate and someone would be back with me concerning this issue in * days.*Time is up!
No one was concerned with resolving the issue, especially the store manager, Kris!
Honor the (*) **-packs of Coke for $*.** and an apology from the district manager.
Stated my case to Customer Care, The survey at the bottom of my receipt and the online complaint site.
