Find out why I have not received coupons since last year. ... After receiving very frequent customer care coupons for years both via e-mail and in the mail, they have completely stopped. I have received not a coupon or even an e-mail from CVS since last year. Has the policy changed? Why has this happened? I spoke to someone named Tamika who was quite dismissive of my query. I was informed that if I don't shop at CVS, they cannot track my purchases and since January *st, I have done little shopping at CVS. CVS coupons encouraged me to shop at a place where the prices are quite high.! With no coupons coming in at all, I am not encouraged to shop at CVS. I do not understand this kind of marketing. It seems to me, CVS would want to encourage me to return as a shopper., not discourage me!!
There is no really logical explanation if one has any marketing savvy. One must get someone into the store!!!
Tried talking to someone named Tamika who was not terribly pleasant for a customer service representative.
