just went to Burger King and ordered a whopper JR value meal with a medium ice tea and medium fries and an order of cini minis. The fries I got were small not medium, the cini minis were not cooked at all, I didn’t get my receipt, and they didn’t put any napkins in my bag. I was in a hurry because I had to get home to let the repair man in to fix something so I didn’t get the chance to check my bag and food before I pulled out of the drive thru. The last * times I have gotten food from this Burger King they have screwed up my order and I’m really annoyed by this because * of those times I had to throw the food away because they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular one. I have a condition called Burning Mouth Syndrome (BMS) and can not have any spicy food because it irritates my mouth and is extremely painful. I don’t want to go talk to the manager in person because I don’t want them messing with my orders in the future since I go there a lot.
First and foremost I feel the manager should have a meeting with everyone to go over the importance of accuracy when it comes to customers orders not only for customer satisfaction but for possible health risks as well.
Ive been going to this location for the past * years, *-* times a week minimum.
