After calculating, I realized I have been charged a total of $62.79 over the last month. Please contact me via phone or email as soon as possible to resolve this issue, as I no longer wish to have these charges deducted from my account daily.

I recently got a new phone as my old one broke. I managed to transfer my data, including the app for Bumble. However, I'm facing an issue where my account/profile is missing on the new device. Despite receiving messages and emails from Bumble, it seems like I can't retrieve my profile. I've tried entering the 4-digit pin sent to my phone without success. When I use the pin on my laptop, it prompts me to set up a new account rather than restoring my profile. Can someone assist me in recovering my account/profile on the Bumble app on my phone? Thank you.

I have been experiencing severe issues with the App over the last two weeks. On opening the App, it frequently freezes on the 'Premium' screen without progressing to displaying my profile or matches, rendering me unable to use it. Even when it does load, the list of people who have swiped right (a feature available to Premium members) fails to load, or the profiles do not load at all. I have attempted to fix this problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the App several times, along with restarting my phone, but none of these actions have resolved the issues. My phone is new, bought in November [redacted], and all other applications are functioning correctly. When I try to seek help from Bumble's support through the App Store, the page and website fail to load, preventing me from reporting the issue. I am extremely disappointed with this situation and demand a refund for this month's subscription (£32.99). I have decided to cancel my subscription due to the ongoing technical difficulties and the lack of accessible app support, which I find unprofessional and a waste of money.
