I canceled my Bumble account weeks ago and confirmed the cancellation. Recently, I received an email stating it has been renewed without my consent. I do not want it renewed, especially since it automatically renews without my permission. It seems anyone can renew it as long as they have my banking details, even though I canceled it. I'm just looking for friendship, but every time I try to use Bumble, I encounter issues when cancelling. Please stop withdrawing money from my account; I am on a fixed income and cannot afford unexpected charges. Cancelling on Bumble has been difficult for me, and it's frustrating to deal with these issues. I feel like the process is no different from dealing with scammers online. I have proof of the previous cancellation email, so I am unsure why it was renewed without my consent. I want it canceled immediately.

Hello, I recently experienced an issue with my iPhone, which led me to get a new one. I'm trying to reinstall Bumble on my new device. I spoke with customer service where one representative mentioned that my Bumble account was linked to Facebook and advised against logging in with my phone number to avoid creating a new account.
Now, another representative suggested unlinking the account from Facebook. I am eager to access my old Bumble account, as important photos and my profile were lost when my previous phone crashed. I aim to resume using the same Bumble account with my existing matches.
One of the representatives advised me to download the Bumble app on my new phone and sign in with Facebook instead of using my phone number. However, I had already unlinked the account from Facebook as instructed. Should I reconnect it on Facebook before attempting to sign in with Facebook on the app? I hope this clears up any confusion.

I would like to bring an incident to your attention that occurred on the Bumble app. I had a conversation with another user, and due to being half asleep in the early morning and my visual impairment, I may have accidentally unmatched with Prianca before responding to her message. I am concerned that this unintentional action could be perceived as having racist motives if she informed me of her country of origin before I replied. I am seeking clarification on who unmatched whom and requesting that if I accidentally unmatched Prianka, she be informed that it was a mistake. The issue began with a 2-step verification process, during which the verification pin sent to my cell phone was rejected by Bumble. I attempted to verify using the phone call feature, but this was also unsuccessful. This problem occurred shortly after I signed up on December 4th, with the block happening on December 6th. After reviewing my bank statements, I noticed that Bumble has charged me £1.99 40 times since Dec 8. The payments appear as 'Bumble help@bumble.' Despite deactivating my account recently, I only just discovered these recurring charges. I had previously paid for Bumble Boost, which I believed was a temporary service used months before Dec 8. I am unsure about the purpose of these recent charges, as I did not knowingly accept any paid options while using the app. It appears that I have been charged £1.99 each time I opened the app. I selected Bumble Boost on this form simply because it was the only relevant option. I am a paying customer who has experienced a complete loss of upgrades on my account. It seems like my profile has been reverted to the basic level despite having paid for the upgraded features. I no longer have access to see who has swiped right on me, use the "go back" feature, view unlimited profiles per day, or access my chat history. Additionally, my unused Super-Swipes have vanished, and some of my photos along with all my personal information have been deleted, including Profile Prompts, About Me, Work/Education details, and Basic Info.
It appears my account has been downgraded during my billing cycle without any communication. I have attempted to reach out for support through Bumble's mobile app, but it does not recognize my email address, forcing me to use my desktop to report this technical issue twice.
I am disappointed by the lack of response and assistance during this frustrating time, and I am still waiting for a resolution to my initial complaint.

I suspect that an individual has used my phone number to create an account with your service. He mentioned his name might be Steven Curtis Howard or Robert. He claimed he needed my number to cancel his Plenty Of Fish account, but I later discovered he was lying and is now asking me for money. He purports to be a contractor in Lk. Worth, FL, and resides in Silver Springs. On Facebook/Meta, he goes by Steven Curtis Howard. He used my number to do this on Monday or Tuesday evening. My number is [redacted], and I go by DH Singletary. I have some of the codes he received on my phone if that helps. I strongly believe he is a scammer.

I need help reaching a supervisor at Badoo. I've been ignored by their support team despite providing evidence of the delete account button being removed. After my account was supposedly deleted, it was reactivated on someone else's profile minutes later. They are now refusing to address the issue or delete my account, ignoring all my messages. If this isn't resolved soon, I will pursue legal action against Badoo for violating terms and conditions and misusing my information to enhance the app's appearance. I’m reluctantly considering contacting Bumble support as a last resort.

I made a mistake earlier, accidentally swiping the wrong way on a potential friend. To rectify this, I purchased a Boosted version subscription on Bumble to backtrack. Unfortunately, upon realizing I could not backtrack to the person because I exited the app before returning, I am dissatisfied with the "unlimited backtracks" package that did not grant me a single backtrack. I am requesting to cancel all my accounts with Bumble and receive a refund for the subscription.

I downloaded Bumble a few days ago without any issues, but recently, my photos have been constantly getting moderated and taken down. I have reviewed the guidelines, and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my pictures. Today, when I opened the app, all of my photos were removed. Every time I try to upload a new picture, it immediately gets taken down. I am unable to access my account now as it requires at least one photo to be active.
