I have been charged £**.** through PayPal for * months of premium bumble which I apparently accepted a free trial for but I was unaware of. I do not even have the funds in my bank account to afford this but somehow I have still been charged. Despite using bumble sporadically I do not use it frequently enough to justify such a purchase. As I have said I was not aware I signed up for the free trial and I have not used the premium services nor will I. I want a refund as I feel I have been coerced into this purchase that I cannot afford.
GetHuman-garethpe did not yet indicate what Bumble should do to make this right.
