The issue in GetHuman-holymonk's own words
It was not clear and misleading to me that this was a pay site. I was not satisfied with app and have been trying to cancel--and just keep getting a long list of directions required to cancel which includes access to apple store. I have had a hacker and have been having ongoing difficulty accessing. I am asking this to be cancelled and am informing you that I did not order the site several times which is what the bill indicates. I had signed out and deleted app several weeks ago, and the response I'm getting seems like I have to rejoin or re register in order to cancel. I am getting form responses and stonewalled--and don't appreciate the time I have wasted trying to cancel an app. I also dispute your multiple charges which were ambiguous and I did not authorize.
GetHuman-holymonk did not yet indicate what Bumble should do to make this right.
