I got a new phone * days ago because my old one broke. I had paid for * months of Bumble boost while still using my old phone. I downloaded the Bumble app on my new iPhone as it did not cross over and there was no where for me to log in or to access my previous account. It made me start fresh. This should not happen just because I got a new phone. I lost all my matches and all my messages. I am very in happy about this and dissatisfied with your customer service. I want to be connected back on to my previous account, THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR, or I want my money back.
GetHuman-nickdawn did not yet indicate what Bumble should do to make this right.
