The issue in GetHuman-sammcdow's own words
Budget Rental charged me a random amount of $*** dollars the day I returned my vehicle. I saw the charge on my card and called to find out why I was charged since I had already paid (a little over $***) for my rental upfront the month before. I have not been able to get in touch with a real-life representative. I have called the Pensacola, FL airport location at least ** times with no answer. This is outrageous. They haven't sent an invoice or receipt. I have tried disputing this charge with my credit card company and they cannot help me until Budget responds to my correspondences. I have no clue what to do next. I have infant twins to take care of, I don't have extra time or money to be dealing with this unnecessary inconvenience.
