Adjust billing ... I have insurance that covers any car I rent in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. When I picked up my car at the San Juan airport I was told they couldn’t let me take a car if I didn’t buy insurance so I agreed to that since I had no other viable choice. I have since verified my coverage with my insurance. Can I get a billing adjustment?
