I paid for a reserved seat (aisle seat **G) on British Airways flight from Cape Town, South Africa to London Heathrow today * March ****. The reservation was confirmed in a call to them (tel no: ***********) yesterday morning. But when I wanted to check in online in the evening I found I was assigned *another seat in the middle. I want *the seat I reserved and paid for or *another isle seat no further back in the cabin*Booking reference: V**VTU*Flight no: BA ****Departure: **:** on * March ****'*Passenger name: Denise Battersby

How GetHuman-denby fixed the problem
I called BA on the local telephone number when it opened and after holding on for ** mins an agent responded. She gave me another isle seat but not the one I reserved and I will be claiming. The confirmation email the agent sent was nonsensical. The seating issue was the second problem I had with the call centre.. I will consult a travel agent in future to avoid the call centre. Dealing with them is not good for ones health or wellbeing!
