Dear British Airways,**My wife and I were flying business class on flight BA-*** from London to Bahrain on Dec ** with connections on Etihad to Abu Dhabi and then onto Cochi, India (reservation code NZODJP). The flight was delayed over * hrs - we were told it needed a seal in the cargo doors and then it was further delayed for paperwork. The *-hr delay made us miss our connections. *When we landed in Bahrain about midnight, your agent on the grounds was very pleasant with us and by about *am had made reservations for us later that morning and booked us into a local airport hotel so we could get a few hours sleep before continuing at *am.*He also said to connect with you to reimburse us for the Visa’s we needed to pay for to leave the airport in Bahrain to get to the hotel.**We also understand that we are entitled to additional compensation (in the form of possible frequent flyer miles?) for the inconvenience of being delayed over * hrs hours.**Can you please let us know if there are any forms we need to fill out for this compensation?**Thank you.**Allynn Gooen & Annie Hickman*
