I’m writing to commend one of your cabin crew on last night’s BA **** from Edinburgh to LHR. (I think her name is Emma. She was due to do a Stockholm flight today)*My partner was feeling unwell as we began our descent into LHR, he had fallen heavily on his ankle whilst in the toilet on board and he went into shock. Emma escorted us off the aircraft and walked us through to the T* pod service. She was very kind and we didn’t feel we thanked her enough. Please get this message to her. BA should be very proud to have Emma as one of your cabin crew. Please tell her how grateful we were for her help and care and that we arrived back home in Winchestersafe and sound last night, without further drama!
