Help with my Boost Mobile issue

The issue in GetHuman-chefbigg's own words
Yes my wife's phone *** ***-**** her phone was switch from a Samsung Galaxy to a ZTE I believe Prestige we were talking to the customer service representative at the time when he said that she would be able to credit where he she would credit Lee the days that she did not have service because the service that she did have was very limited when she would make a phone call on the SIM card in the ZTE it will last only for * to * minutes or maybe the max * minutes and then it would say sim was locked well the issue is when today we're supposed to be still credited those days and then we call customer service they say their hands are tied because the phone was in use and I tried to explain to him that yes the phone was in use for a very limited time we had to keep turning off and turning on the phone just to get the SIM card to register and unlock it took two weeks for the SIM card to reach us for the simple fact that they kept messing up the address we went into the store and they messed up the address instead of putting West Ocotillo Road they put North Ocotillo Road so we had to wait some more then the problem is but then when we but then we call customer service they tell us they like I said their hands are tied but because there are Tower enhancement they can compensate us but they can only compensate $* $* doesn't even do anything for you all for the day-to-day plan which is $* a day how am I supposed to feel I've been with Boost for a mighty long time and it kind of hurts me that being so-called value customer I'm not feeling so valued I'm not feeling like customer service is really in my best interest for my service my wife's name is davette Floyd once again her number is *** *** **** my name is Byron mcbrine *** * *** **** I would like to have some kind of resolution or have someone contact me about this situation because this I mean if a customer service can wrapped and tell you one thing and just the pacifier us and then it doesn't happen that's kind of bad service I believe you tell me thank you and I hope to hear from you soon
