I purchased an I phone * On Friday **-**-**. I paid express next day shipping. Tracking number is ************. My package was due to arrive today by *pm. It never arrived.I tracked the package through Fedex.com. I was told that my address provided did not match.. my address is **** Waterbury Drive ***** Woodridge, IL. *****. Same as billing address. Because of this mix up My package cannot be delivered. FedEx explained that they cannot make changes to my account highly stressed from Boost Mobile. I have attempted to contact Boost Mobile Customer Service as well as local stores. Every single call has dropped before I get to speak with anyone from Boost Mobile Customer Service. I am extremely upset. It is not fair to not be able to speak with anyone from Boost Mobile. This is my final attempt to contact. If this don't work I will have no choice but to switch to another mobile phone provider. My number is ***-***-****. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME?
