Thursday, August **, ****, I received a used Galaxy S**, which I purchased from boost mobile.com, purchase * ek-bepp-*********. *The phone is still in the box, I haven't used it at all. I noticed that the screen has a hairline crack. I Immediately called customer service to get an exchange. The rep took ** minutes to find my purchase, and said I could not exchange, only refund. He said he was shipping me a return label and gave me a number to write on the box. I received no email for a label. I called today and spoke to Ireene or Ileene, she said no action was taken at all, on my order and transferred me to warranty. Warranty said I had no customer number and immediately transferred me to a customer survey. I called again and spoke to Nelson, who dropped my call, with zero resolve. I just want to exchange and activate a device with YOU. PLEASE HELP ME.*Lisa
