I am unable like to text cell phones I used to and get the message:**BSTFreeMsg Text message not sent due to low balance. Recharge account. To find Re-Boost Location from handset go to Web then Re-Boost Locator.**I am confused because my card was updated for auto-pay months ago and experienced no messages that billing charges had been declined. So, I paid another month in advance on the bill paying website with same updated card, you took my money (bank verified the withdrawal) yet I still cannot make some texts without receiving the same message. Yes, I have a new fell phone with the same number (***-***-****), and was assured at Boodt Mobile, New Castle, Delaware that my plan was still the same with insurance and auto-pay. So now I am confused and feeling cheated and violated. Please straighten this out, as I have by even a loyal customer and have never paid billing late due to auto-pay.
