I have * issues first I would like to know when I'm due for a upgrade? The other issue is that I called boost a couple of weeks ago I informed them that I could not access my internet nor could I watch any of my video's on my phone the person I spoke did help me and informed me that boost was working on the network in my area but she also informed me that I would be credited for the time I've lost. I don't want to discontinue my service with boost but I have not been credited now my phone has been cut off but I explained to the representative that I don't think it's fair that I pay my phone bill n I'm not compensated or credited can you please help me with my situation or I will go to another company which I don't want to
