My autorecharge credit card expired and my phone then failed to work without warning yesterday.Today I renewed my phone credit via PayPal which meant I could not save my new card details to immediately update these details to Autorecharge. I want to update these details NOW but I spent ** minutes on to and fro chat to India to discover that I cannot simply give Boost my updated card details for autorecharge NOW... I have to wait a month until the day before my recharge is due THEN recharge with the new card details and THEN save these to autorecharge. Surely there must be a better way to update my autorecharge credit details - like in every other large business situation I interact with? What if I am unavailable on that day to manually do all this? Boost tells me that autorecharge is there for me to 'set and forget?'
