i am a current boost mobile customer, my phone screen is shattered, i do not have insurance but need a new phone. when you walk into ANY of their stores...the displayed phones have * seperate price amounts on them. one is the price if you switch, and the other is just a price. i went to purchase a phone that had the price of **.**. no problem. however when i went to pay for it, i was told it would be like $***.** because i didnt qualify for an upgrade. excuse me??? where was that price clearly stated on the display?? it wasnt. in any store. why is that?? no i didnt buy it, im pissed. no where is there a clearly marked price that states it is the price for non qualifiers of upgrades. why was it an upgrade, mine was broken and needed replacing.
