In-app purchase is not working

Help with my Boost Mobile issue

Make an in app purchase ... I try use Google Play to make in-app purchases, but every time I try to use Boost Mobile as a payment method, it says either " Payment unsuccessful " or "Payment exceeds account balance" . I don't understand why it says this, because i have almost $*** in my account, yet it says a $*.** purchase exceeds the amount of money in my account. Is this something you can fix for me? Its getting really annoying. My phone number is ***-***-**** and the name on the account is Lateefah Brown. My pin is ****
This happens with EVERY APP I DOWNLOADED, including buying apps and movies on Google play.
GetHuman-xxrawrga did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.

I've contacted Google play, and said i need to speak with my provider
I have an issue with Boost Mobile too
How GetHuman-xxrawrga fixed the problem
