I’ve had Multiple problems I have called you guys plus went to the store and have so forgot no help you guys were supposed to restore my account and pay an extra month due to all the problems that I’ve had on my phone and the trouble with customer service I keep doing is getting hung up on after they say they’re going to keep helping then they just hang up on me my phone problems still has not been solved! The stores are aweful last month and before they tried to say nothing was wrong but I call you guys said I was right but then didn’t help I’m paying **$ a month for what and you can’t even give me a free month for all the issues that I’ve been having??? At this point I’m ready to switch to another carrier if you guys don’t care about me
