Help with my Boost Mobile issue

The issue in GetHuman-aabwad's own words
My phone account was started on the **th of June I was on my mother's family plan however my account got switched from the family plan to a single plan due to arrangements with my sister without my knowledge I was not asked if that is what I wanted to do or if I was ok with them switching my account like that. My phone is shut off right now on the *th of July from the **th of June due to payments....explain to me how this is a month? I have had SEVERAL issues with my service already I've not got to use my mobile data outside of wifi I've not been able to use my hotspot until yesterday and now here it is July *th and my phone is outta service....I'm very upset with this whole situation I've called and talked to agent after agent only to be disrespected laughed at and hung up on by not olny an agent but also a supervisor just hung up on me as well. I'm **** months pregnant and I'm on bed rest I paid **.** when I walked outta that store I paid for insurance which I was just informed that I no longer have on my account and that the payment I made for my phone plan was added to my sisters account and was not transferred when they switched my account over so now I'm being told that I not only got sold fake insurance but my funds for MY plan were stolen from me and kept on an account that boost illegally put me on and secretly took me off of. I'm so confused as to why any of this is happening I want all of my funds returned to me and I would like to switch carriers I'm over boost Mobile this was the worst experience I've ever encountered with a phone company and those calls are recorded I would like to report the supervisor who would not listen to the issues and try to resolve them however she tried to explain what we already knew about the phone and on top of that gave more information to validate my case. I just wanted the services I was promised when I started my account and had paid for I have my receipt and I need my phone today I cannot go without it I was suppose to have an ultrasound done in Indianapolis for my baby's heart and i have to be in contact with my Dr. My fiance is away right now and I'm home alone with a phone that I paid for but is outta service for a reason that is basically summed up to be stealing
