Help with my Bonanza issue
The issue in GetHuman-gator_le's own words
my account is currently not in my name and I cannot sign into the store to add products. I wish to terminate my account and receive a partial refund. No one answers your phone and since I've upgraded my store, it is not showing so I can call using another number. I"m not really happy right now.

GetHuman-gator_le did not yet indicate what Bonanza should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-gator_le fixed the problem
I had to use a malware program to fix my site. I turned off my computer, rebooted in the safe mood and ran malwarebytes to catch the malware. It was redirecting me to another site. I found it on two other sites, including eBay. It was really in my computer and not on any site I visited. It was slowly sending me to various sites. Once the scan was done, I removed the malware, rebooted and then scanned my whole computer. I'm not pleased with the slow response from Bonanza and debating on keeping my site or not.
