I've had a Seller's account with Bonanza.com for over a year. I've received badges for good customer service and have had no negative issues so far. I always manually pay Bonanza fees through PayPal since autopay with PayPal isn't available, only manual payments. Recently, my account got suspended for non-payment during a move, even though this hasn't happened before during longer payment delays. I paid for reinstatement as requested, but my account hasn't been reinstated. I've tried reaching out through emails and messages, but only received an email from a Bonanza representative saying they can't "open an account" due to safety concerns, even though I'm just trying to reinstate my paid account. I haven't been able to talk to a person. I need help. Thank you.

On August 3rd, I purchased "Reign: The Complete Series" from Greg Rice62. Prior to placing the order, multiple emails were sent to the seller without receiving any responses. It has been 5 days since the order was placed, and there is still no shipping information available. After checking my PayPal account, the payment has been confirmed, and I am unable to cancel it. I am now unsure if the seller is capable of fulfilling the order promptly or if they intend to do so at all. If the order cannot be shipped promptly, I request that it be canceled, and a full refund issued. I saw a commercial on YouTube and bought Forskolin yesterday, October 17th. After purchasing it, I contacted my physician to inform them that I planned to add it to my medication regimen. However, I was advised not to take it due to potential interactions with my current medications. I've also tried [redacted] and [redacted] My username is rchance22, and I'm certain I'm inputting the correct password. The site requires login for customer support, which is frustrating. I made two orders on 11/28/[redacted], one confirmed by email and the other not. Despite contacting the seller twice yesterday when I briefly managed to log in, I haven't received any response. As a drop shipper, my reputation is important, and the lack of communication from the Top Rated seller for over 24 hours on a weekday is unacceptable. Subject: Issue with Order from Seller Hank_Lau
I have recently purchased a pair of TOZO T10 TWS Bluetooth 5.0 Earbuds from seller Hank_Lau on Valtron. However, I received a pair of wireless M2 headphones instead. This is not what I paid for, and the headphones are not functioning properly. When connected to my Pioneer 300R Dac player, the sound cuts in and out while I am biking or walking. I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and request a full refund. If necessary, I can return the incorrect item, but I expect the seller to cover the return shipping costs. I plan to report this issue to Bonanza to address the misleading advertising practices.

I placed an order for a headboard in May, which I promptly canceled. Despite my efforts to contact customer service via email and phone, I received no assistance as the number was incorrect. I returned the unopened headboard to FedEx, but it was rerouted back to me and ended up in Kentucky. The confusing part is that I ordered from Bonazza but was billed by an LLC, and the package was labeled as Walmart. It seems like a scam. If my claim is not resolved, I will share my negative experience on your website. Can you clarify the intended delivery address and why the package ended up in Kentucky? I doubt I will receive a response, but I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I recently placed an order with moonstar7 spirit expecting to receive free shipping within my state. After reading some concerning reviews, I attempted to contact them regarding this matter. To my surprise, the contact number provided belonged to a company based in Columbia, South Carolina, the same state I reside in. I reached out via email to address my concerns, only to receive notification that my order was canceled and the item is now unavailable. I originally paid $20.99 and was informed that only $16.00 would be refunded. I am disappointed and would like a full refund for the amount paid. Thank you.

Hello! I would like to address an issue with my recent order. I placed an order for three shirts approximately 20 days ago. Today, I received my package, but unfortunately, it only contained one shirt instead of the three I ordered. The invoice, however, shows the total for three shirts. I purchased a DVD called "No Man's Land" from Bonanza, but received a version in Serbo-Croatian with Greek subtitles and initial French titles, instead of the English version as listed. The DVD lacks a menu and displays a stop icon when trying to access audio/subtitles. The seller, Simos Vrapi from Athens, Greece, has no online presence I can find. I ordered this in early June. Subject: Issue with Modem Order from Bonanza
On September 30, [redacted], I received a modem I ordered from Bonanza, but unfortunately, it was missing the power cord necessary for installation. Despite my efforts to locate a suitable cord, I was unable to find one that matched the modem's single prong receptacle. As a result, I had to purchase a new modem, incurring additional costs of $14.99 for the modem, $1.70 for tax, and $6.99 for shipping, totaling $23.99. I believe I am entitled to a full refund, including tax and shipping fees, for the incomplete product. A prepaid return label would also be appreciated for sending the modem back. The lack of integrity in fulfilling my order has cost me both time and money.

I have been trying to get an answer since I signed up as a new seller over two days ago. I have 25 imports and [redacted] listings on eBay to transport, but only 25 listings have been transported in over two days. I spoke with Leo a day ago, and he mentioned it's due to high volume causing delays. I am concerned because this pace won't complete the process in a reasonable time. Despite Leo being nice, I am disappointed with the customer service and the importing process. If I don't receive support by 2 p.m., I will have to resign from this platform with regret.

However, there seems to be a delay in payment due to a mix-up with my PayPal account. Despite their apologies, it has taken a while to resolve. I have already liaised with my bank, and all seems well from their side. With a comfortable $[redacted] limit, sufficient funds in my account, and valid cards, I prefer cash transactions or bank transfers over credit. I prioritize a debt-free lifestyle and aim to uphold it. I purchased a pair of gloves some time ago. After not receiving them, I reached out to the seller who mentioned a delay of 6-8 weeks. I asked to cancel, but they still shipped it. Despite this, the gloves have not arrived, and Christmas has passed, missing the intended gift opportunity. I am also unsure about the sizing accuracy and if the gloves are truly made of cashmere as advertised.
