My package say’s delivered but I do not have it

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your order. This can indeed be frustrating. We recommend first checking around your delivery area, with your neighbors or with your building's management if applicable, as carriers occasionally deliver to a safe nearby location. If you still can't find your package, get in touch with the delivery service that handled your package. They can provide further assistance and information. If you've done all this and the problem persists, please contact the seller directly through your Bonanza account, they should be able to assist further or clarify the situation.

Product I bought online is defective and need to return for refund

I'm sorry to hear that your product is defective. To request a refund on Bonanza, please follow these steps: Go to your Bonanza account and locate the order in your purchase history. Click on the order, then on "Request Refund". Provide the reason for your refund request and any additional details, then submit the request. The seller will be notified and should respond within three days. If the seller approves your request, you'll be able to return the item for a refund. Please remember to return the item in its original condition and packaging, if possible.
