I purchased a sofa online because your stores were closed because of the virus I was told when I got the sofa that If I didn’t like it I could bring it back I had ** days I took the sofa for a bit and realize it’s just too hard your stores reopened and I went and looked at other sofas and I found one that I liked when I talk to The sales people they told me I could bring it back I talked to at least five different people during the period of when I purchased the sofa he told me I had ** days to bring it back so this is where I think the problem we have is you need to educate your sales people on ways under warranty and not tell the customers that they have ** days when they don’t because five people told me I could take it back and your customer service told me I couldn’t I would’ve never bought The sofa if I would’ve known I couldn’t take it back without trying it
