I was at your freeport store today ******** and purchased a mattress from your salesman Craig L. Wisset and was promised delivery tomorrow morning . He stated I would receive phone call with time frame. After waiting up to *:** I called your store and spoke with Keisha telling me that something went wrong??? and I was not scheduled for a delivery needless to say I am very disappointed with your service and want to talk to someone who cares!!! She said All I can do at this point is schedule for Wednesday.*Marion Rampanelli
