My daughter has been in a coma for over * months and I now have POA over her financial (etc) situation.*I contacted Bluebird CS a few weeks ago and was told I needed to send them a copy of the POA which I received * weeks ago.*It was posted to them on the *th March and as of yesterday **** it had not been posted.*It is my daughters only 'banking account" and I'm sure she has payments and receipts.*I have tried contacting Bluebird several times and all I get is a bad connection to a cell phone somewhere in the far east, to a person who has little command of the English language and have been disconnected on *** occasions.*FYI I am not at all racist, but it is bad business practice.*I have tried ***. sending emails to *****@***.com - no reply***. Waiting for a couple of hours on the phone - no answer***. Contacting the parent company, Amex who say they have no control over*Bluebird.............really ? and would not consider making any contact with Bluebird on*my behalf even though I have been a member for ** years.*I am going around in circles and have no idea what is going on and who to contact*without blowing a fuse
GetHuman-rogerpen did not yet indicate what Bluebird by American Express should do to make this right.

I have no idea.*The only way to contact them is through their Customer Service, which is a joke
