Hello, I am Ms. Tina Earth. Last week, I attempted to make a purchase of $[redacted], which should have left me with a balance of $[redacted]. Unfortunately, my account has been locked. I kindly request for my card to be unlocked today. Additionally, it's unfortunate that Mr. Townsend has my phone, which I purchased less than a week ago, leaving me without a phone. I am also unable to access my email associated with this account, which is [redacted] Currently, I am using a friend's tablet to seek assistance as I have been trying to resolve this matter all morning. As a temporary solution, I have created a new email account, [redacted]

I have discovered four unauthorized charges on my card. Despite a frustrating experience with customer service, I managed to connect with someone in fraud prevention. Unfortunately, the link provided for the fraud declaration form led to an error message. I took matters into my own hands and submitted a personalized declaration along with evidence showing the text message denying the charges. To my dismay, the charges were still deducted. Despite receiving a notification of decline via email, the money was taken from my card after my initial communication. Following instructions from a representative at Bluebird, I swiftly faxed all necessary documents within the specified timeframe. However, I am currently unable to reach anyone for an update. No correspondence has been received via mail, text, or email, leaving me frustrated and seeking the return of $[redacted] that was wrongly taken from my account due to their error.

I encountered issues with accessing my Bluebird prepaid account due to what was flagged as "suspicious" activity. Despite not receiving any notifications about the lockout, I discovered the problem when my card was declined after transferring $[redacted].00. I faced difficulties resetting my password but eventually reached customer service. However, during the call, the representative's actions seemed suspicious as they attempted to verify my identity in an unusual manner. Thankfully, the other party involved, Helen, recognized the potential scam and thwarted the attempt. The call ended with an unfruitful resolution, leaving me desperate for access to my funds. Despite the account lock, I continue to receive regular statements from Bluebird. This situation has been stressful, especially considering my personal circumstances as a single mother facing financial strain exacerbated by the current pandemic. It's disheartening to see similar complaints from other users, tarnishing Bluebird's once positive reputation. I hope to resolve this issue promptly and regain access to my funds.

I realized that my stimulus check was mistakenly sent to a Bluebird account that does not belong to me. Despite two months passing, the funds have not been returned to the IRS. In a recent letter, it stated that the deposit was made, prompting me to reach out if I didn't receive it within seven days. The response from them was to initiate a payment trace, a process that could take up to six weeks. However, should I recover the funds in that time frame, I must return them to the IRS. To clarify if the money is still with the institution or has indeed been deposited into someone else's account, specific details about the account are available. It's under the name of Matthew Bond, with an account number ending in [redacted], deposited on March 17, [redacted], with a value of either $[redacted] or $[redacted]. The incorrect information about my dependents is causing further frustration. These funds are crucial for me as I urgently require them to purchase a vehicle and relocate away from an unsafe environment for my children and me.

I made an online purchase using a Bluebird sub-account, but the merchant did not take their payment within 7 days. Bluebird released the hold on the funds without notifying me, causing an overdraft of over $[redacted] as other transactions cleared. This led to my account being suspended without notice. When the merchant issued a credit, the account remained frozen with a balance that I couldn't access. Despite contacting Bluebird multiple times, I'm told to request a paper check as the account cannot be unlocked. I have been a loyal customer with multiple accounts for years, and I am frustrated that my money is inaccessible due to Bluebird's error. They should be taking responsibility for resolving this as soon as possible.

I never received my debit card with the account number ending in [redacted] after requesting it in January for a new account. Despite receiving three statements, the card hasn't arrived. When attempting to access my account on 4/5/[redacted], I encountered issues due to not having the card number for the security challenge question. Contacting Bluebird customer service three times resulted in being disconnected or stuck in the automated system loop. As I haven't received the card, calling for support has been unproductive. This message is to confirm non-receipt and request that Bluebird cancels the card and the account immediately.

I made an online purchase on April 15, [redacted], for a vintage Graco baby swing from a website called HAPPY SHOPPING.COM. I paid either $45.99 or $49.99 for the item. I have been trying to contact them at [redacted] since then to get a tracking number for my order or a refund, but I haven't received any responses. I reached out to American Express in April when I didn't hear back from the merchant, but I have not received any updates from them either. I am at a loss on how to resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Rozell S. I suspect that the website may be a scam.

The call center experience was terrible. All the representatives there were untruthful, especially the fraud department. It seems they keep notes on customers in their computers, making it hard to encounter a kind agent who hasn't been influenced by the previous negative interactions. They often belittle customers, keep them on hold for excessively long periods, and even disconnect calls intentionally. This led to a stressful situation where my blood pressure skyrocketed, and I ended up in the emergency room fearing a stroke. Adding to the distress, my daughter's 16th birthday celebration was ruined because they froze my account for 11 days. This prevented me from throwing her the party she deserved. I am devastated by the way Bluebird mishandled my funds, holding them hostage. I have documented evidence of everything and am considering legal action due to the mistreatment my family and I endured. The lack of support for unrecognized charges and disappearing funds shows the company's unethical practices. I hope that justice will prevail and bring accountability to Bluebird for their deceptive actions.

I recently purchased a Bluebird American Express card at Walmart with a $[redacted] balance. Unfortunately, when trying to sign up for an account, I was declined. I encountered difficulties trying to withdraw cash at Walmart and at an ATM. After a frustrating 1 1/2 hours on the phone trying to report a stolen card and unable to reach a helpful person, I was repeatedly told to sign up for an account to retrieve my funds, which I couldn't do. The customer service representative eventually disconnected the call. It seems there was a previous account opened without my knowledge, which was closed with no funds on it. I suspect identity theft, and I urgently need assistance to access my $[redacted]. This money is crucial for me, and I appreciate any prompt help.

I recently purchased a Bluebird American Express card at Walmart and loaded $[redacted] onto it. Unfortunately, when trying to register for an account, my request was denied. I faced difficulties withdrawing cash at Walmart or using an ATM. When I called customer service, the representative was unhelpful and abruptly ended the call. She claimed I had another account with a zero balance, which I did not authorize. I urgently need access to my funds. Can someone assist me promptly? Your help is greatly appreciated!

I purchased a temporary Bluebird Card and attempted multiple times to upgrade it to a permanent card without success. The error message kept appearing, and I couldn't get assistance from live representatives. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the card which had a significant remaining balance. I was informed that I need to provide utility bills and an I.D. reflecting my current address to obtain a new card. However, I'm homeless and do not have utility bills. I do have a receipt for the $[redacted].00 initial load and some purchase receipts linked to the card (uncertain if they are from my lost card or my spouse's Bluebird Card). I am requesting a replacement card with the remaining balance or a transfer to my wife's card. Can alternative documents like a voter's registration card with the homeless services address be accepted in place of the utility bills? I may need additional time to receive the voter's I.D. in the mail. Thank you for your assistance.

I need the email address for Bluebird American Express headquarters. They need to restore the programming to receive government deposits of $[redacted] per month. I also need them to restore the programming to withdraw money from ATMs. I am located in Chicago, IL. Please send the answer to my email at [redacted] Additionally, I would like to add a second email for log-in purposes.
I need to withdraw money from government deposits on August 1st, [redacted], for rent payments totaling $[redacted].

I am feeling extremely frustrated and angry, and I apologize if my tone comes across as harsh. Last month, on July 6th and 7th, [redacted], I was comped a two-night stay at Harrah's Ak Chin Hotel to record an audiobook. I paid a $57.50 deposit per night for incidentals, which was supposed to be fully refunded at checkout. It is now August 4th, and I have had a terrible experience with Bluebird phone representatives who were rude and made threats when I asked for a supervisor. I am demanding the immediate return of my $[redacted] as I have reached my limit. If I do not receive my money soon, I will take drastic actions. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

If you experience being locked out of your account in the future, it is helpful to insist on speaking to a supervisor. This was the approach I took when dealing with a situation at Bluebird. By contacting Bluebird supervisory directly and persistently, I managed to get a live person on the line who was able to assist me in unlocking my account, changing my card's PIN, and verifying that everything was functioning correctly. The key is to bypass the phone clerks and go straight to the supervisor for more effective and customer-oriented help.

I purchased a prepaid Amex card at Walmart with $[redacted] loaded onto it. My attempts to register the card were declined twice, with a 24-hour waiting period recommended between tries. Despite this, I couldn't complete the registration. After speaking with a representative, I discovered that once a card is declined during registration, it cannot be registered later. I then applied for a new prepaid card which was approved. The unregistered card, unable to be used due to lack of registration, prompted for a PIN at Walmart. Customer service was unable to assist me, and subsequent calls only led to automated messages without an option to talk to a live person. I am asked for the last 4 digits of my social security number, which I cannot provide since the card remains unregistered. I am seeking a transfer of the $[redacted] from the unregistered card to the new one I successfully registered. If this is not possible, I request a refund of the $[redacted] from the unregistered card and plan to withdraw the remaining balance from the active card and cancel it. The situation has been very frustrating, and despite efforts to resolve it, I have reached a dead end with the customer service team.

I bought a Bluebird debit card from Walmart in August to use on my upcoming vacation in September. However, I have been unable to link the card to my Bluebird account. Every time I try to activate it online, I encounter a technical error message. Despite activating the card over the phone, it doesn't reflect in my online account. The automated system hangs up on me repeatedly while trying to resolve the issue, and there is no option to speak with a live representative as promised on the website. After being put on hold for a long time and then disconnected several times, I am frustrated with the lack of customer support. If this is not resolved before my vacation on the 10th, I am considering canceling both the Bluebird card and my American Express Platinum card due to the poor service.

I recently discovered a fraudulent charge on my account, leading me to cancel my card. However, I encountered an issue with updating my address for the new card delivery, which resulted in a delay. Subsequently, I have a new card number but have not yet received my new card. This has caused a disruption in receiving my paycheck through direct deposit. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful as the system to resolve my issue is currently unavailable. I updated my address to resolve the delivery problem, but I am still facing difficulties receiving payment or contacting anyone at Bluebird.

I made a payment of $58.30 to UI Water on September 1, [redacted], and my bluebird account shows it as delivered. The transaction number is MSNT17YOL3. However, UI Water has not received it yet. I just received an email today, September 13, [redacted], with their new mailing address as PO Box [redacted], Philadelphia, PA 19[redacted], and their phone number is [redacted]. I have added them as a new payee under Great Basin Water Company. I am unsure if they have received my payment and I'm unsure how AMEX Bluebird handles these situations. I would prefer to receive communication via email rather than phone calls. Thank you. Julie Dwight

On September 21, I received a Bluebird Visa Debit Card that I didn’t request. The account type was listed as checking, with an account and routing number of [redacted]81. I believe this is a fraudulent request. I already have a Visa card and do not intend to activate this card. This letter serves as my formal request to have this account information removed from your records. I will also contact Metabank regarding this issue.
I have been a victim of Unemployment Fraud in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan, where my address has been falsely used for fraudulent activities.
Regrettably, your phone number and online website do not address fraud complaints effectively, as they do not provide an immediate option to speak with a representative. These channels seem to cater more to active accounts or new requests, which does not apply in this case.
For any assistance, please reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] I kindly request a confirmation letter acknowledging the receipt of this message and the removal of the checking account information as requested.
