I called them DOZENS of times but all it says is that my PRIVILEDGES have been PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED. I ****NEVER****....***EVER*** did ANYTHING with the card but but things in Wish and pay some bills...THAT'S IT. Thete was NO REASON for my card to red flag them and for them to just cancen it. I got a message. It was cancelled. NO EXPLANATION and now I cannot even TALK to anyone. ALL IT SAYS is YOUR PRIVILEDGES HAVE BEEEN PERMANENTLY CANCELLED!!....I did NOT do ANYTHING WRONG. have refunds that can ONLY go to THAT CARD! What am I supposed to do!!??? And YES! Iam EXTREMELY frustrated!

Get my money that WAS and that WILL BE refunded to my card that was cancelled for NO REASON that was MY FAULT. I am at a NEW ADDRESS. the post office WONT FORWARD my mail. If this wasn't happening to me, I would find itself hard to believe. ... I don't know HOW to resolve it. And I don't know HOW I'm supposed to communicate with your question as to IF I resolved it... So I'm putting it herein front of my initial "complain*(rant....lol). I have not resolved the issue. If you have any ideas that would be GREAT. if I PURCHASE a NEW card, I don't want to waste the money... (* bucks is * bucks) and the message to me states that my "privileges are PERMANENTLY gone". I have NO IDEA what to do, who to call. This is RIDICULOUS. when I call them, they won't even recognize me and disconnect me......(What follows is my initial complaint).... I had a bluebird card. I got cancelled because of a reason I DID NOT DO. something about strange activity.....That was BS. I received a refund for what was on my card. I have OTHER refunds that CAME IN and ARE COMING IN to THAT CARD that was cancelled. I MOVED TO A NEW HOUSE. the UNITED STATES POAT OFFICE ***WILL NOT*** forward my mail to my new house because my LAST ADDRESS was an extended stay motel.... EVEN THOUGH I RESIDED THER* FOR ** MONTHS AND MY DRIVERS LICENSE STATES THAT THAT WAS MY ADDRESS. how donI get my money that HAS BEEN and IS GOING TO BE put on THAT CARD THAT WAS CANCELLED BY YOUE COMPANY ....FOR NO REASON THAT I DID **ANYTHING** nefarious. If I get a NEW CARD (and have to BUY IT) will my refunded money in the OLD CARD be transferred onto the NEW CARD? That I did not deserve this kind of MIS treatment. And that NOBODY WILL EXPLAIN WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO ME.
Call me*I JUST this minute saw and read tthat yountried to get an answer from me if I resolved it. No. I did not. I don't know HOW unresolved it. I apologize for not responding sooner but I've been ill and have not looked at my phone and email for a few days.
